Holidaaaaays!

2017 is GONE! Sept and October were kind of busy but November and December were nice and slow.

We did lots! Oktoberfest, the Romero's wedding, Bronk's first cut, soccer games, birth celebrations, Tony Robbins, another family get together due to a loss (we'll miss you Toby), Ute Games, Miah taking me for a ride, Annalise saying yes to the dress, DC, and the most wonderful time of the year, Christmas.

The time of year to reflect and work on accepting ourselves exactly where we are. It's also is a time for gratitude. We have so many things to be grateful for, even when we don't always recognize it.

I'm not one who usually has an issue with age, for the most part I think life gets better with age and though I may have some extra lbs and wrinkles, it's not bad. This year though... woah!

I'm not sure what it was exactly, I think it hit me hard seeing my Momma and Miah age. It's never bothered me until this year; the thought of how fast time is going made made me so sad! I'm sure it doesn't help that Miah is saaaassssy, with a capital S! There was a lot of death the last half of the year, too - that is NEVER easy.

For me personally, the last few months have been tough. Sometimes I get so stuck in a place I don't like to be, yet amaze myself as to how I get there or why. I wish I knew, maybe growth? What I do know is the weather change is beautiful.

We spent a lot of time, and made a lot of memories, with friends and family this year and for that, I'm thankful.

As 2017 comes to an end... All I have to say is BYYYYE!
